The Windermere Report March 2020

The first quarter of 2020 is off to a very strong start in real estate. Average sales price in February rose 4% to $375,828 over January.  With low inventory in a majority of areas in Las Vegas and Henderson, we are seeing multiple offer situations for resale listings.
